These Terms & Conditions govern your access to and use of the RAHET website, as well as the purchase of products from us. By accessing our website or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.

1. About RAHET

RAHET is a fashion label built around Indian craftsmanship, regional textiles and traditional techniques. Our collections are created in limited quantities and are made in collaboration with craftspeople and artisans.

For the purpose of these Terms & Conditions, “RAHET”, “we”, “us” and “our” refer to RAHET, and “you” and “your” refer to the person accessing our website or placing an order.

2. Use of Our Website

By using the RAHET website, you confirm that:

  • You are legally capable of entering into a binding agreement.
  • The information you provide to us is accurate, complete and up to date.
  • You will use the website only for lawful purposes.
  • You will not attempt to interfere with, damage or gain unauthorised access to our website or its systems.
  • You will not reproduce, copy, distribute or commercially exploit any part of the website without our prior written permission.

RAHET reserves the right to restrict or terminate access to the website where we reasonably believe that these Terms & Conditions have been violated.

3. Our Products

RAHET products are created in limited quantities and, wherever stated, may involve handmade processes and traditional Indian crafts.

Because of the nature of these techniques, slight variations in colour, texture, print placement, weave, embroidery, embellishment or finishing may occur from one piece to another.

These variations are a natural characteristic of handcrafted products and should not be considered defects.

Colours displayed on your device may also vary slightly from the actual garment depending on your screen, device settings and lighting conditions.

We make every reasonable effort to ensure that product descriptions, photographs, measurements and other information on our website are accurate. However, minor differences may occur.

4. Product Availability

Our collections are produced in limited quantities. A product displayed on the website may therefore become unavailable without prior notice.

Adding an item to your cart does not guarantee that the item will remain available until checkout.

If a product becomes unavailable after you have placed an order, we will contact you and may offer an appropriate alternative or store credit, as applicable.

5. Product Pricing

All prices displayed on the RAHET website are in Indian Rupees (INR) unless otherwise stated.

Prices may include applicable taxes and may be changed by RAHET at any time without prior notice.

We take reasonable care to ensure that all prices are accurate. In the unlikely event of an obvious pricing error, we reserve the right to cancel the affected order and notify you accordingly.

Any applicable shipping charges will be displayed during the checkout process.

6. Orders & Order Acceptance

When you place an order through our website, you are making an offer to purchase the selected product(s).

Once your order has been successfully placed, you will receive an order confirmation containing your order details.

An order confirmation does not necessarily constitute final acceptance of the order. RAHET reserves the right to cancel or decline an order in exceptional circumstances, including but not limited to:

  • Product availability issues
  • Incorrect pricing or product information
  • Suspected fraudulent or unauthorised transactions
  • Errors in customer information
  • Circumstances beyond our reasonable control

If we cancel an order after payment has been received, the applicable amount will be refunded through the original payment method or otherwise resolved in accordance with applicable law.

You are responsible for providing accurate information when placing an order, including:

  • Email address
  • Billing information
  • Complete shipping address

RAHET is not responsible for delays, failed deliveries or additional costs resulting from incorrect, incomplete or inaccurate information provided by the customer.

8. Shipping & Delivery

Orders will be processed and dispatched within the timeline specified on the relevant product page or communicated at checkout.

Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary depending on the destination, courier partner, weather, public holidays, logistical conditions or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

Once an order has been handed over to the shipping partner, delivery is subject to the courier’s terms and operating timelines.

RAHET will make reasonable efforts to assist with delayed or lost shipments, but cannot guarantee delivery timelines controlled by third-party courier services.

If a package is returned to us because of an incorrect address, failed delivery attempts or the recipient being unavailable, additional shipping charges may apply for re-dispatch.

9. Cancellation of Orders

Because RAHET produces garments in limited quantities, orders may begin processing shortly after they are placed.

If you wish to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible at our customer service email.

Cancellation requests can only be considered before the order has entered processing, production or dispatch.

Once an order has entered processing, production or has been dispatched, it may not be possible to cancel it.

Customised, altered or made-to-order pieces cannot be cancelled once production has commenced.

Any approved cancellation and applicable refund or store credit will be handled in accordance with applicable law and our policies.

10. Returns, Exchanges & Refunds

RAHET follows an exchange-only policy.

We do not accept returns or provide refunds for change of mind, incorrect size selection, colour preference, styling preference or any other reason, except where required under applicable law.

Size Exchanges

If your garment does not fit as expected, you may request a size exchange within the timeframe specified in our Return & Exchange Policy, subject to the following:

  • The garment must be unused, unworn and unwashed.
  • All original tags must remain attached.
  • The garment must be returned in its original condition and packaging.
  • The requested size must be available.
  • Only eligible products may be exchanged.

If the required size is unavailable and you do not wish to choose another available size, RAHET may offer store credit in accordance with our Return & Exchange Policy.

Store credit is not redeemable for cash.

11. Damaged or Incorrect Products

We carefully inspect every order before dispatch.

If you receive a product that is damaged, defective or different from the product you ordered, please contact us within the timeframe specified in our Return & Exchange Policy.

You may be required to provide photographs or videos of the product and packaging so that our team can assess the issue.

If the issue is verified, RAHET will determine the appropriate resolution, which may include a replacement or exchange.

Minor variations resulting from handmade processes, including variations in print placement, colour, texture or craftsmanship, will not ordinarily be considered defects.

12. Custom & Made-to-Order Products

Certain RAHET products may be customised or made specifically for you.

For customised or made-to-order products:

  • You are responsible for providing accurate measurements and information.
  • Production will begin based on the information confirmed by you.
  • Once production has commenced, the order cannot ordinarily be cancelled.
  • Customised pieces may not be eligible for exchange or store credit unless the product received is defective or materially different from what was agreed.

Any specific terms applicable to a customised order will be communicated before production begins.

13. Intellectual Property

All content appearing on the RAHET website is owned by or licensed to RAHET and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

This includes, but is not limited to:

  • The RAHET name and logo
  • Product designs
  • Product photographs
  • Campaign imagery
  • Videos and films
  • Illustrations
  • Graphics
  • Website design
  • Written content
  • Product descriptions
  • Collection names
  • Text, artwork and other creative material

You may view and use the website for personal, non-commercial purposes only.

You may not copy, reproduce, modify, publish, distribute, sell, license or commercially exploit any RAHET content without our prior written consent.

Nothing on the website grants you any ownership or licence over RAHET’s intellectual property unless expressly stated otherwise.

We will make reasonable efforts to minimise any resulting delay or disruption.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, you agree to indemnify and hold RAHET harmless from claims, losses, liabilities, damages, costs or expenses arising from your unlawful use of the website, violation of these Terms & Conditions, or infringement of the rights of RAHET or any third party.
