Return & Exchange Policy

At RAHET, every piece is thoughtfully made in limited quantities, with careful attention to craftsmanship, fabric and finishing. Since our garments are made in small batches, we follow a strict exchange-only policy.

Size Exchanges

We understand that finding the right fit online can sometimes be difficult. If your RAHET piece does not fit as expected, you may request a size exchange, subject to availability.

  • Size exchanges must be requested within 7 days of receiving your order.
  • The garment must be unused, unworn, unwashed and in its original condition, with all original tags and packaging intact.
  • Exchanges are subject to the availability of the requested size.
  • If the required size is unavailable, we may offer store credit of the eligible order value instead.
  • Only one size exchange is permitted per order.
  • Any product that has been altered, damaged, stained, worn or returned without its original tags will not be eligible for exchange.

No Returns or Refunds

All RAHET purchases are final sale. We do not accept returns or provide refunds for change of mind, incorrect size selection, colour preference or any other reason.

If you feel that the fit is not suitable for you and you do not wish to exchange it for another available size, we can offer store credit at our discretion, subject to the garment meeting our eligibility conditions.

Store credits are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

We take great care in checking every garment before it leaves our studio. If you receive an item that is damaged, defective or different from what you ordered, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photographs/videos of the issue.

Once reviewed and approved by our team, we will arrange an appropriate resolution, which may include a replacement or exchange.

Sale & Special Items

Items purchased during a sale, promotional offer, customisation, or special-order pieces may be final sale and ineligible for exchange or store credit, unless the item received is damaged or incorrect.

As our pieces are made in limited quantities and many are handcrafted, we strongly recommend reviewing the size chart and product measurements carefully before placing your order. If you are unsure about your size, please contact our team before purchasing and we will be happy to assist you.
